Cord-cutters and cord-nevers are new terms in television reflecting a trend today of people who will either never have traditional cable or are cutting the cord to cable. These are by-products of the demise of Primetime which is changing how advertisers deliver their ads. TV advertising is not dead but it sure is changing and thus the new term, Over the Top of TV or OTT.
